By accessing or using EquityHub ("Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including sellers, buyers, and visitors.
You must be at least 18 years old to use EquityHub. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Accounts created by minors will be terminated without notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
EquityHub is a marketplace that facilitates introductions and transactions between sellers and buyers of Roblox game equity interests. We provide listing services, verification, escrow management, and deal facilitation. We are not a regulated financial exchange, broker-dealer, or investment advisor.
We do not guarantee any financial return, game performance, or revenue level. We do not operate games on behalf of buyers or sellers unless specifically contracted to do so. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.
EquityHub is an independent marketplace. "Roblox" is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation. Our platform facilitates deals involving Roblox games but is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Roblox Corporation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@gameequityhub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or misrepresentation, attempt to manipulate listings or metrics, or otherwise act in bad faith. Terminated users may be prohibited from creating new accounts.
Each individual may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or limitations is prohibited and will result in permanent banning.
Sellers warrant that all information provided in listings — including game metrics, revenue figures, DAU, ownership status, and encumbrances — is accurate, current, and not misleading. Misrepresentation, whether intentional or negligent, may result in deal cancellation, account termination, and potential legal liability.
By listing a game, you represent that you have the legal right and authority to sell the equity interest or ownership stake being offered. You represent that the game is not subject to liens, third-party claims, or agreements that would prevent transfer.
All listed games must comply with Roblox's Terms of Service. Games that have received moderation actions, are at risk of takedown, or contain prohibited content may not be listed. Sellers must disclose any known moderation history.
Artificially inflating game metrics — through visit bots, fake players, purchased reviews, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. We conduct fraud detection on all listings. Confirmed manipulation results in immediate termination and potential legal action.
Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence. While we provide verification services, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all seller-provided data. Buyers should independently verify material claims before committing to a deal.
By making an offer, you represent that you have the funds available to complete the transaction if accepted. Backing out of an accepted offer without cause may result in a penalty fee and account restrictions.
Buyers are solely responsible for the operation, management, and ongoing Roblox ToS compliance of acquired games post-transfer. EquityHub is not liable for post-acquisition game performance, moderation actions, or revenue changes.
EquityHub charges a success fee on completed transactions, calculated as a percentage of the final deal value. Fees are deducted from escrowed seller proceeds. Current fee schedules are available on the pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
All transactions are processed via our escrow system. Buyer funds are held until all transfer conditions are verified complete. Neither party receives funds until the escrow conditions are met. Escrow fees are additional to platform success fees and are outlined in the Safety Pack documentation.
If a deal is cancelled before transfer begins, buyer funds are refunded in full within 5 business days. If cancellation occurs during transfer due to seller fault (failed ownership transfer, undisclosed encumbrances), buyer funds are refunded in full plus any applicable escrow fees paid by the buyer.
Disputed transactions are handled by our deal management team. If a resolution cannot be reached internally, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. EquityHub reserves the right to make final determinations on escrow releases in clear-cut fraud or breach cases.
All platform content, branding, design, and proprietary tools developed by EquityHub are owned by EquityHub and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
By submitting listings, descriptions, screenshots, or other content, you grant EquityHub a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use that content on the platform for the purpose of facilitating transactions. You retain ownership of your content.
Game assets, code, and content created within Roblox are subject to Roblox's own Terms of Service regarding intellectual property. Buyers and sellers are responsible for understanding Roblox's IP policies as they apply to their transactions.
Nothing on EquityHub constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Game equity investments carry risk including total loss of invested capital. Past performance of any game or deal is not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EquityHub's total liability to any user for any claim arising from platform use is capped at the fees paid by that user to EquityHub in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for game performance changes after acquisition, Roblox platform changes or shutdowns, actions taken by Roblox Corporation, loss of Robux earnings due to Roblox policy changes, third-party service failures, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. The specific jurisdiction shall be agreed between parties at the time of any formal dispute, with EquityHub's principal place of business as the default jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting hello@gameequityhub.com. We commit to responding to formal complaints within 10 business days.
By using the platform, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against EquityHub.
